Mrs. Ida Boyd Driggers Daniels, age 98, passed away Monday, March 20, 2017, peacefully at her residence.

Born July 31, 1918 in Bingham, SC she was a daughter of the late Monroe and Nellie Turner Driggers. She was a member of Parnassus United Methodist Church. She was a farmer and nurse. She enjoyed farming, gardening, riding and sightseeing, taking care of people, but most of all she loved reading her Bible.

She is survived by her brother; Fred Driggers of Mineral Wells, TX; a sister, Lucille Raynor of Whiteville, NC; two grandchildren, Saundra Eades Anthony (Len)  and Terry (Susan) Eades; Five great grandchildren, Jake Anthony, Christie Anthony Hartinger (Robby), Jason Eades, Courtney Eades, Joshua Eades.

She is preceded in death by her parents listed above; her daughter Sara Francis Daniels Eades (Neil); her brothers, Ellerbe, Clyde, and Preston Driggers and a sister; Earline Driggers

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at Parnassus United Methodist Church. A visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. just prior to the service.
