George Thomas Oliver, 57, passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon, SC.
Born October 20, 1963 in Bennettsville, SC, he was a son of Eloise Mumford Oliver and the late Wilton Rudolph Oliver. George was a Carpenter and a member of Thomas Memorial Baptist Church. He enjoyed listening to music, surfing, watching NASCAR, and Clemson Football.
He leaves behind his loving memory; mother, Eloise M. Oliver of Bennettsville; daughters, Candace Gwendolyn Cornell (David) of Bennettsville, Meghan Halley Oliver (Craig) of McColl, and Mickayla Cheyenne B. Oliver (Donald) of Bennettsville; brother, Tim Oliver (Carolyn) of Blenheim; sister, Deborah Oliver George (Kermit) of Brewton, Alabama; grandchildren, Ave, Bodhi, Rylan, Peyton, Kendall, Avery, and Isabelle; several nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father listed above and brother, Ricky Oliver.
A private, family memorial service will be held 6pm, Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Burroughs Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Ray Priest.
